This 3rd gen Cummins compound turbo kit is designed for maximum spool-up and great EGT control during towing, all while supporting up to 700 hp. This twin turbo kit uses your stock HE351 and an Aggressor S476. Many compound turbo systems usually employ a box S475 in their towing kits. While it does work, it is far from ideal. The turbine wheel in the S475 can support over 1,000 hp. It doesn’t make sense to suffer the lag of a 1,000-hp turbine if you are only after 700 hp. When compared to a typical compound kit with an S475, we typically see over a 100-degree EGT drop at the same power levels. The spool-up is, of course, much quicker.
The components in this compound turbo kit are all top-shelf items. The silicone boots we use are the best we’ve found. We have blown up many different brands of boots over the years, but we’ve never been able to blow up one of these! Our clamps are 13 mm clamps that have a torque spec that’s 3 times higher than typical clamps. Basically, we have broken a lot of stuff over the years and have found the highest-quality components that will work for years.
Depending on what items you already have, you can custom option this kit to get only what you need. This kit uses a third-gen-style manifold.

Overall the best add a turbo kit on the market. Exhaust temps stay below 1200* towing out of the Columbia (i90 WA) WOT. And the 472 looks great up top! I would definitely recommend using an s&b intake and making the pipe fit so the filter stays cleaner. Also headstuds and a turbo tuner are a must.

I bought this compound kit for my 2006 ram 3500 48RE. My son and I put it on over a weekend. The kit has been on my truck for 3 months now. The truck has all the necessary upgrades for 600 Hp. I live in reno, NV. about 4000′ elevation. I tow a 16000 lb. toy hauler in the mountains regularly. I had a 63/64mm turbo but I was having problems with high EGT’s. 1400* plus. It has custom tuning from Calibrated power. A 60/67 manifold turbo from Calibrated Power, and the 472 atmosphere turbo. I can now tow up any grade around me at 65 mph plus. The EGT’s are always below 1200*. I build up to 60 PSI boost on tune 5 and the truck rockets past 100 mph. in a hurry. On the other hand, you can put the truck on tune 1 and let your family or friends drive and they think its a stock truck. I agree with Tanner, put the S&B cold air filter on. This kit is worth the money. You know you want it, just get it.
