Power Driven Diesel is the way to go in terms of automatic transmissions. They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you might have. I recently purchased this transmission and had it installed in my bone stock 97 12v, I couldn’t be happier. Installed into a 340k mile 1996 2500 2wd with tuned AFC, 4k gov springs, 18* of timing. 1600RPM stall speed is wonderful for West Texas highway driving. At low throttle it shifts as smooth as my BMW X3, almost like a continuously variable trans. Increasing the throttle input and the shifts are nice, firm and predictable. Fit, finish, and packaging were excellent.
