Why DLC Coating?

Diamond-Like-Carbon coating improves the lubricity and wear resistance of the key moving portion of the injector, the needle.  All modern high-pressure diesel injectors utilize DLC to improve durability, so we’ve applied this technology to “older tech” Cummins injectors.  This means these injector nozzles will function properly for years to come.
