If you have been wondering what’s so great about the BorgWarner 300 series turbos, we’re going to fill you in.
All BorgWarner 300 series turbos come standard with a 360 thrust bearing, which is as strong as you can get for a journal bearing turbo. They have a redesigned billet compressor wheel and a new compressor housing to be larger and flow more air. As a result, the new S300 turbos outperform the same, older turbos.
We have put together a number of videos and blog posts that show how these different housings affect your turbo. These should help you understand which turbo and housing combination is best for your goals.
