Power Driven Diesel Transmission Warranty
One Year Limited Warranty Information
First 90 Days
Within the first 90 days after purchase Power Driven Diesel will cover material defects and failure in workmanship under warranty (this does not include broken cases or shafts). Additionally, within the first 90 days Power Driven Diesel will cover transmission R&R up to $500. Before warranties or R&R costs are covered, you will be required to complete the transmission warranty form and gain prior authorization from a Power Driven Diesel transmission specialist. Any misuse, abuse or incorrect install of your Power Driven Diesel transmission, or failure to meet installation requirements, will void this warranty agreement.
Under this warranty agreement it is the transmission owner’s responsibility to palletize the transmission. Power Driven Driven Diesel will work with you to organize all shipping at no cost. All transmissions under warranty will be required to have the following information attached to the pallet/transmission:
- Bill Of Lading (Provided by the shipping manager.)
- Completed Transmission Warranty Service Form (Provided by PDD customer service)
Failure to include the above information will severely delay the warranty process. Power Driven Diesel will not be responsible for any damages in shipping or additional shipping costs.
Power Driven Diesel maintains the right to amend this agreement at any time.
After 180 Days
After the first 180 days Power Driven Diesel will no longer warranty any electrical component failure. Any electrical component failure will need to be reported to a Power Driven Diesel team member and the suitable replacement will be sent to you directly. (You may be required to provide photos and/or additional information to receive your replacement.)
Any misuse, abuse or incorrect install of your Power Driven Diesel transmission, voids this warranty agreement.
Power Driven Diesel maintains the right to amend this agreement at any time.
Power Driven Diesel recommends that you retain the following information, as well as your original invoice, within your records, in order to aid in any future warranty claims.
Two Year Unlimited Mile Transmission Warranty

Transmission Warranty Requirements
When sending in your transmission into Power Driven Diesel the following information is required to be posted clearly and securely on the outside of the transmission crate or pallet. Failure to do so may severely delay the warranty process or possibly void this agreement.
- Authorization from Power Driven Diesel
- Bill Of Lading (Provided by the shipping manager.)
- Completed Transmission Warranty Service Form (Provided by PDD customer service)
If the transmission is not properly secured during the transport back to our facility, the cost of additional repairs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner to pay in full before return shipment may be scheduled.
Completion Of Warranty
Once your Power Driven Diesel transmission arrives at our facility it will be inspected and the necessary repairs will be documented. If additional repairs are necessary you will be contacted and possibly charged for the cost of said repairs if not under warranty. Once repaired our shipping team will reach out to you to set up the return shipment. You will be provided information of the repairs made within the returned shipment. If misuse, abuse, or incorrect installment is evident, the customer will be held responsible for return shipping.
Power Driven Diesel retains the right to refuse warranty coverage if any of the required information is not accurate upon inspection and failure to complete all warranty requirements as well as suspicion of incorrect install, abuse or misuse of your Power Driven Diesel Transmission.
