The Power Driven Stock+ Common Rail 5.9/6.7L 24v Cylinder Head is the updated Cummins design that will fit both 5.9L CR and 6.7L CR 24v engines—just use the correct head gasket that matches your application. 6.7 blocks have steam ports and using a 6.7 head gasket will connect the block steam ports to the cylinder head steam ports. 5.9 head gaskets will seal off the steam ports in this cylinder head since the 5.9 block does not have a corresponding steam port passage.
This cylinder head is manufactured in-house to meet and/or exceed factory specifications. New heads are inspected, surfaced, CNC threaded, cleaned, assembled, pressure tested, and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive ready for installation. For added reliability, these heads feature higher press valve seats to enhance valve seat retention. We’ve also added 11 CNC-threaded freeze plugs to prevent disastrous coolant leaks under the valve cover. The Stock+ head is great for both daily drivers and towing applications.

Note: If your engine or intended application exceeds the factory rpm limits, upgraded valve springs are recommended.
