Power Driven Diesel Pushrods for 1998.5-2018 5.9L/6.7L 24v Cummins
Our Power Driven 24v Stage 1 Pushrods are 3/8″ pushrods that offer incredible value and performance for your 24v Cummins. All stage 2 and larger rods are in 7/16″ diameter. They feature hard-drawn 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing. The tensile strength of this material is approximately 170,000 psi. These rods will handle 850 hp for stage 2 and 1,300 hp+ for stage 3 easily.

The Pureflow AirDog II 5G 165 A7SABD525 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must-have upgrade for your 1998.5-2004 5.9L Cummins Diesel. The fuel system on your diesel truck is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability. This low-pressure Cummins Diesel lift pump (preset at 10 psi) mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply side connects directly up to the factory suction line on the frame rail. The pressure side connects to the factory injection feed line bypassing the stock frame-mounted low-pressure pump.
Ultimate Towing Compound Turbo Kit (1994-2002 2nd Gen Dodge)
This compound turbo kit is designed for maximum spool-up and great EGT control while towing, all while supporting up to 650 hp in your second-gen Cummins. This kit consists of a BorgWarner K27 and a BorgWarner SXE369. Many turbo systems usually employ a box S475 in their towing kits. While it does work, it is far from ideal. The turbine wheel in the S475 can support over 1,000 hp. It doesn’t make sense to suffer the lag of a 1,000 hp turbine if you are only after 650 hp. When compared to a typical compound kit with an S475, we typically see over a 100-degree EGT drop at the same power levels. The spool-up is, of course, much quicker.

Power Driven Diesel presents this machined 3-piece manifold. For 1998.5-2002 with oval exhaust ports and a T3 foot. Larger ports reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) by about 50 degrees. Replace your warped or cracked manifold with a performance part.
