Power Driven Diesel Full Synthetic 5W-40 Engine Oil is a premium formulation developed for performance turbo diesel engines that require a thinner grade for cold winter startup and better cold-flow properties. This oil is based on a CI-4 formulation enhanced with a custom additive package, including a heavy dose of ZDDP (the best anti-wear additive available)—the result of nearly 2,200 ppm of ZDDP is unbeatable wear protection for your engine at any power level! Power Driven Diesel Conventional 15W-40 Engine Oil is another premium formulation developed for performance turbo diesel engines. The Power Driven Diesel Conventional Engine Oil is what we use and recommend for break-ins and for more budget-conscious race programs. In addition, while we recommend full synthetic for the most extreme race applications, this conventional-based oil is no slouch and comes with the same excellent additives as the full synthetic line for a more cost-effective street and performance oil option.

I have ran Valvoline blue in my 97 12v for the last 10 years I managed to get 400k miles out of that motor. I recently rebuilt the engine and wanted to try something better, but I wasn’t sold by any of the products governed by the EPA. I decided to give this oil a shot after I got 1k miles on the new build. I can say I am impressed with the immediate results, I could hear a noticable change in the valve train about 30 seconds after starting the truck. I have had my 12 valve for over 4 years. Its used as a daily and weekend tow rig. I ran Delo only for the first year until I heard about this oil. I bought some and gave it a shot, there is a noticeable difference in overall noise of the engine. With this oil, it is so much quieter and with the ZDDP in the oil I know my engine is getting all it needs out of the oil. I have used this oil exclusively for the last 3 years and will continue to for as long as I have the truck. Highly recommend.

I ‘ve sent oil samples off to Blackstone and they’ve come back looking great after 10k miles. Blackstone recommended going another 2k miles and retesting. Testing was done on a 2018 F350. Looking forward to next test results and see if we can go longer between $200 oil changes. I highly recommend this oil for those that can use it.
