Power Driven Diesel offers this Heavy-Duty BorgWarner governor pressure solenoid for all 47RE and 48RE Dodge transmissions. This is the most common upgraded solenoid for aftermarket performance “built” transmissions ranging from stock to 1,500 hp. This larger-than-stock solenoid is extremely reliable even when line pressure exceeds 200 psi or double the pressure of a factory stock 47RE transmission. This BorgWarner solenoid is a direct replacement that fits in the factory governor solenoid location and utilizes the original transmission harness plug. If you have a 1996 through 2007 47RE or 48RE transmission, this solenoid is a great upgrade.
