The Banks Power 25975 Techni-Cooler Intercooler System is what your 2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0L PowerStroke needs. It eliminates restrictions, dramatically increasing the cooling capacity for massive continuous power. Big aluminum end tanks won’t burst like stock, with a thicker core for a 21% improvement in volume. Includes 3.5″ mandrel-bent high-flow boost tubes and a super-flow High-Ram intake manifold for maximum performance.
Superior to Stock: Everything about the Banks Techni-Cooler Intercooler 25974 System is designed bigger and better. This upgrade kit includes a set of 3.5″ high-flow boost tubes and a Banks-designed intercooler solution.
The Banks Boost Tubes feature oversized mandrel-bent pipes matched to the increased performance design of the new intercooler. The Banks-designed intercooler has a 19% thicker core with 21% greater volume to improve cooling. It also has large high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks and wide-open inlet/outlets for a 69% greater flow area. To complete the kit, the Banks High-Ram Intake Elbow is also included. The Banks Techni-Cooler dramatically increases the engine’s cooling capacity and power potential by balancing a richer fuel mixture with cooler, denser, improved airflow.
Result: You get higher continuous power and more power at any exhaust gas temp (EGT), with better fuel economy and lower EGTs. That’s a truckload of benefits! It doesn’t get any cooler than Techni-Cooler! Mounting hardware included.
