The Pureflow AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G 165 gph Air/Fuel Separation System A7SABC510 is the newest generation in fuel delivery systems for your 2011-2014 Chevy/GMC 6.6L LML Duramax. The 5G is engineered to be the longest-lasting, most efficient, and quietest lift pump system that AirDog has to offer.

The AirDog II-5G features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that reduces pump noise and improves reliability. The demand-flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine. A dual-feed design supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles and cavitation.

The AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm-style fuel pressure regulator, allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 psi. The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. Also, 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent back to the tank.

The II-5G A7SABC510 uses the same better-than-OEM fuel filter (FF100-2) and water separator (WS100) as the previous AirDog II models.
