aFe 49-44004 4″ 409 Stainless Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System

Flow and Performance:
The aFe 49-44004 4″ 409 Stainless Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System is constructed out of 4″ mandrel-bent stainless-steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower and torque and lowering EGTs.

Installation Is a Snap:
All systems use factory mounting locations, providing stability and hassle-free installation.

Leak-Free Seal:
High-quality OE-style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360-degree sealing surface.

Aggressive Sound:
A muffler delete pipe is used for a true race-inspired sound and maximum flow.

OE Fit:
OE-style bayonet hangers maintain a stable pipe location during high-vibration and high-heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.

5″ Polished Tip:
Finishing off the exhaust is a high-luster polished 304 stainless-steel slash-cut tip with intercooling vents designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. This tip also features a drain port at the bottom to keep rust and corrosion away.
