aFe 46-70040 Raw Front Differential Cover

aFe Power’s front differential cover brings performance engineering to the protection of your truck’s front end. This differential cover is constructed from durable die-cast A380 aluminum with reinforced ribs for maximum strength. This cover fits the AAM 9.25-14 bolt axles. This cover uses a Dodge gasket 5086682AA, which is not included. The gasket available is aFe 46-70045.

3.5-Quart Lube Capacity:
This cover has about a 3.5-quart lube capacity at the factory line (the factory cover holds about 2.5 quarts).

Built-In External Fins:
Built-in external fins transfer heat from the fluid to the outside air for maximum cooling.

Magnetic Drain Plug:
This system incorporates a magnetic drain plug to capture loose particles for maximum protection. Also included is a 1/8″ NPT calibration plug that is set to the factory fluid level, which eliminates accidental overfilling.
