I selected “I Will Send My Core To Have My Item* Built”, What do I do now?

  1. Secure your item to a pallet.
  2. Weigh it
  3. Measure it (we need Length, Width and Height,)
  4. Call (435 962-9555), press 1 and let the customer service agent know that you have an item ready for pickup.
  5. Wait for the email with the Bill of Lading (BOL)
  6. Print the 3 copies of BOL.
  7. One is for your records that the driver will sign.
  8. Attach one BOL to the shipment.
  9. Give one BOL to Driver during pickup.

I need to return my core to get my core refund, how do I do that?

  1. Secure your item in the crate it was sent in.
  2. Measure it (we need Length, Width and Height,)
  3. Call (435 962-9555), press 1 and let the customer service agent know that you have an item ready for pickup.
  4. Wait for the email with the Bill of Lading (BOL)
  5. Print the 3 copies of BOL.

  2. Weigh it
  3. Measure it
  4. Call and schedule a pickup with your preferred freight company.
  5. Call (435 962-9555), press 1 and let the customer service agent know that you have an item en route and give them the tracking information and estimated delivery date so we will be ready to receive it.

  2. Wait for the email with the Bill of Lading (BOL) (Tracking)
  3. Look in email for estimated delivery date.
  4. Make sure someone is available to receive item

  1. Your item will be sent in Crate.
  2. Wait for the email with the Bill of Lading (BOL) (Tracking)
  3. Look in email for estimated delivery date.
  4. Make sure someone is available to receive item

  1. We Will Contact you when you item is ready to ship
  2. Call and schedule a pickup with your preferred freight company.
  3. Wait for the email with the Bill of Lading (BOL) (Tracking)
  4. Forward BOL Email to CS@pwrdrvndsl1stg.wpenginepowered.com and Shippingmanager@pwrdrvndsl1stg.wpenginepowered.com
  5. Call (435 962-9555), press 1 and let the customer service agent know that you have a freight pickup en route and give them the tracking information and estimated arrival date so we will be ready to send it.
