Cummins Billet Tappet Covers & 7.3 Powerstroke Boots – The Parts Bin

Cummins Billet Tappet Cover

If you have a 2002 or older Cummins, it has a tappet cover. Most likely, especially if you have more than 100k miles on it, the tappet cover is leaking oil. Until now, the aftermarket solution has been a tappet cover with an o-ring. The problem is, these also end up leaking and causing more problems than they fix.

We took some inspiration from Cummins big rig engines to create an affordable billet tappet cover with an integrated o-ring system. We also created sheet metal baffling that bolts onto the cover as a unique way to keep these affordable.

We also made these with universal pocketing to fit both VP44 and P7100 pumps. If you have a VP44 and decide to later p-pump your 24v, you don’t have to buy new parts. Plus, we created a hardware kit for 24v VP44 ECMs. No grinding, or otherwise modifying your stock fitment.

We have tested these to more than 1,400hp, so we know they can hold a lot of power.

7.3L Powerstroke 5-Layer Engine Boots

We have had these new engine boots on the Junker Drag Truck for while now and done a lot of torture testing. Aside from baking them in the oven, setting them on fire, and more, they have also held up to 145lbs of boost. Now they’re available for 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke engines.

This direct drop in kit replaces the stock boots and will last forever. This kit includes upgraded clamps to hold more boost as well.

AFC Housing Re-Seal Kit for P-Pumped Cummins

We know AFC housings on p-pumped trucks wear out, tear, and eventually lose their seal. We now offer an AFC housing re-seal kit with genuine Bosch parts to keep your AFC housing working correctly and making sure you get the best performance from your engine and AFC LIVE.

PDD Rack Plug for P-Pumped Cummins

We’re now offering a new PDD billet rack plug. When your p-pump is off the truck, this rack plug is super easy to install. Plus, with a simple rack plug install, we’ve seen as much as a 100cc gain on a stock pump.
