24v trucks do not have an external injector drain manifold. Some 12v owners choose to reroute the drain manifold connection during a fuel system build. If you don’t need the drain manifold connection on the filter head, you can use this adapter to install a 1/8″ NPT pressure sensor or gauge in that port.
