This ultra-strong billet input shaft is 100% American-made.  The manufacturing process starts with premium 300m steel produced in an American steel mill.  The raw materials are machined with modern CNC equipment and then the shafts are precisely heat-treated and finished with a proprietary peening process to relieve stress, reduce crack formation, and increase surface hardness.  These Power Driven Diesel billet input shafts are also upgraded with a lubrication hole that feeds extra oil to the 3rd gear/direct clutch pack to reduce drag, reduce hot-spotting/glazing, and tremendously improve 3rd/direct clutch pack life.

    Installed this shaft with a PDD triple disk install went smooth other then I had to shim the Belleville spring to get it tight.
